Arrive Srinagar - Transfer to Manali

Arrive at Srinagar International Airport, meet and greet with our representative. Begin your grand Himalayan journey with a scenic drive to Manali. Enroute witness the changing landscapes from the Kashmir Valley to the lush green hills of Himachal Pradesh. On arrival in Manali, check-in to hotel. Evening stroll along Mall Road and visit the ancient Hadimba Temple surrounded by cedar forests. Overnight stay at Manali.

Manali - Jispa via Rohtang Pass and Atal Tunnel

Morning after breakfast, begin your epic Manali-Leh Highway journey. Cross the famous Rohtang Pass or take the modern Atal Tunnel to enter Lahaul Valley. Enjoy stunning views of snow-capped mountains and glaciers. Stop at Keylong for lunch and fuel up at Tandi. Continue drive to Jispa, a small village on the banks of Bhaga River. Jispa - Sarchu via Baralacha La

Morning drive to Sarchu crossing the magnificent Baralacha La Pass at 16,040 ft. Witness the dramatic transition from green valleys to barren high-altitude desert. Stop at Deepak Tal and Suraj Tal lakes for photography. Arrive at Sarchu, the halfway point between Manali and Leh. Overnight stay at Sarchu in fixed camps under the starry sky.

Sarchu - Leh via Nakee La and Tanglang La

Morning begin the most exciting stretch of the journey. Cross Nakee La and Lachung La passes before driving through the breathtaking More Plains - a 40km stretch of flat road at 4,800m. Cross Tanglang La, one of the world's highest motorable passes at 5,328m. Arrive in Leh by evening. Rest and acclimatize to the high altitude. Overnight stay at Leh.

Leh - Local Sightseeing and Acclimatization

Full day of rest for acclimatization to the high altitude of Leh at 11,500 ft. Afternoon visit Shanti Stupa - a white-domed stupa offering panoramic views of Leh town and Stok Kangri range. Visit Leh Palace - a 17th-century nine-story royal palace showcasing Tibetan architecture. Explore the Hall of Fame museum maintained by the Indian Army. Evening stroll through Leh Main Market. Leh - Nubra Valley via Khardung La

Morning drive to Nubra Valley crossing Khardung La, one of the world's highest motorable passes at 18,380 ft. Descend into the stunning Nubra Valley - a cold desert with sand dunes and double-humped Bactrian camels. Visit Diskit Monastery with its 106-feet Maitreya Buddha statue. Enjoy a camel ride on Hunder Sand Dunes. Overnight stay at Nubra Valley.

Nubra Valley - Turtuk - Nubra Valley

Morning drive to Turtuk - the northernmost village of India, opened to tourists only in 2010. Located just 30km from the Line of Control, Turtuk offers a unique Balti culture vastly different from Tibetan-Buddhist Leh. Explore lush apricot orchards and interact with locals. Return to Nubra Valley. Overnight stay at Nubra Valley.

Nubra Valley - Pangong Tso via Shyok River Road

Morning drive to Pangong Tso via the scenic Shyok River Road. Arrive at the stunning high-altitude lake at 4,300m, stretching 134 km across India and China. Witness the mesmerizing shifting blues of the lake against barren mountains. Visit the famous 3 Idiots shooting location. Evening enjoy the serene atmosphere by the lakeside. Pangong Tso - Leh via Chang La

Wake up to a glorious sunrise over Pangong Lake. After breakfast, drive back to Leh via Chang La pass at 5,360m. Enroute visit Thiksey Monastery - known for its striking resemblance to Potala Palace in Lhasa. Also visit Shey Palace and Stok Palace Museum showcasing royal artifacts. Arrive in Leh by evening. Leh - Kargil via Sham Valley

Morning drive to Kargil via Sham Valley. Visit Gurudwara Pathar Sahib - a sacred Sikh shrine with imprints of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Witness the Magnetic Hill phenomenon where vehicles appear to roll uphill. Stop at Sangam Point - the confluence of Indus and Zanskar rivers. Visit Alchi Choskor - an 11th-century monastic complex with ancient wall frescoes. Continue to Kargil. Overnight stay at Kargil.

Kargil - Srinagar via Zoji La Pass

Morning visit Kargil War Memorial at Drass - the second coldest inhabited place in the world. Pay respects to soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the 1999 Kargil War. Cross the thrilling Zoji La Pass connecting Ladakh to Kashmir Valley. Drive through Sonamarg - the Meadow of Gold with lush meadows and flowing rivers. Continue to Srinagar.
