By using this website or booking a tour with Surya Reisedienst, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

A contract is formed once we confirm your booking in writing and receive your advance payment. The person making the booking confirms they are authorised to do so on behalf of all travellers in the party.

Prices are quoted per your itinerary and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Your quote clearly states what is included and excluded. Costs arising from changes requested after confirmation are payable by you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, meet health requirements, arrive on time for services, and behave respectfully towards hosts, guides and fellow travellers.

You are responsible for obtaining the correct passport, visa and any permits required for your journey. We provide supporting documents but cannot be held liable for entry being refused by authorities.

We act as an organiser coordinating third-party services such as hotels, transport and guides. We take great care in selecting our partners but are not liable for loss, injury or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the value of the services booked with us.

Some services are supplied by independent providers and may carry their own terms and conditions, which apply in addition to these terms.

If something isn't right during your trip, please tell your guide or contact us immediately so we can resolve it promptly. Any unresolved complaint should be submitted to us in writing within 30 days of your return.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

The information, tour packages, itineraries, prices, photographs, and travel-related content displayed on the SURYA REISEDIENST PVT. LTD. website are provided for general information and booking purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date. However, airline schedules, hotel availability, tour prices, visa requirements, government regulations, and travel conditions may change without prior notice.

Tour itineraries and travel arrangements may be reasonably modified due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, supplier availability, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SURYA REISEDIENST PVT. LTD. may arrange services through independent airlines, hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, and other travel service providers. The Company shall not be responsible for independent acts, omissions, delays, or service failures of third-party providers except to the extent required under applicable law.

Visa approval, immigration clearance, and entry into any country are determined solely by the respective embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government department.

Photographs and destination images displayed on the website may be used for promotional and representational purposes. Actual accommodation, destinations, weather conditions, transportation, and travel experiences may differ from the images displayed.

Prices displayed on the website may be indicative unless expressly confirmed as final. Prices and availability may change due to airline fares, hotel rates, foreign exchange fluctuations, taxes, fuel surcharges, government levies, and supplier costs.

SURYA REISEDIENST PVT. LTD. shall not be responsible for travel disruptions caused by natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil disturbances, epidemics, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of India.
