Flight to Chennai (India).

Upon your arrival at Chennai Airport, our representative will welcome you at the airport with a sign bearing your name and take you to your hotel (standard check-in time is 2:00 pm). Later, visit St. Thomas Cathedral and enjoy Marina Beach in the evening. Overnight stay at the GRT Grand Hotel or a similar hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Mahabalipuram. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel & later visit Shore Temple & Cave Temple. Evening free for leisure time at the beach. Overnight stay at the Hotel Radisson Temple Bay or similar.

After breakfast, visit the Five Rathas & Arjuna's Penance. Evening free for leisure time at the beach. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel Radisson Temple Bay or similar.

After breakfast, drive to Pondicherry. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and visit Auroville and Matri Mandir. You will also explore the Aurobindo Ashram. Overnight stay at the Hotel Le Pondi or similar.

Early in the morning, take your packed breakfast with you and drive to Mettupalayam railway station to catch the train to Ooty. The ride on the rack railway, combined with the mountainous scenery and old-world charm, makes this journey a unique and timeless experience. Arrival at Ooty railway station, meeting with the driver and transfer to the hotel. After check-in, free time. In the afternoon, visit the Botanical Garden, Ooty Lake, and Ooty Market. After breakfast, visit a tea plantation and a chocolate factory. Afterwards, drive to Mudumalai for a jungle safari (afternoon – 3:00 pm/6:00 pm). Mudumalai National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary is a designated tiger reserve in the Nilgiri Hills of Tamil Nadu. It is known for its rich biodiversity and is an important part of the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve. After the safari, drive to Bandipur; upon arrival, check in at the hotel and have free time. After breakfast, continue to Srirangapatna and Somnathpur. Srirangapatna – the island fortress of the legendary warrior king Tipu Sultan. The main tourist attraction here is the famous Ranganathaswamy Temple. It is one of the most important pilgrimage sites for devotees of the god Vishnu. The Chamundeshwari Temple and two other temples, dedicated to Lakshmi Narayana Swamy and Mahabaleswara, are located on Chamundi Hill. Somnathpur is a small village near Mysore known for its magnificent Chennakesava Temple. This 13th-century Hoysala masterpiece is famous for its elaborate, intricate stone carvings and its distinctive star-shaped design. In 2023, it was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of the "Sacred Ensembles of the Hoysalas." In the evening, return to the hotel and free time at your leisure. After breakfast, drive to Hassan; en route visit Shravanabelagola. Here you will find a famous Jain temple with a huge statue of Lord Gomateshwara, a Jain saint, on one of the hills. Once the flourishing capital of the Hoysala Empire, it is famous for its elaborate stone carvings, particularly the Hoysaleswara Temple, and is among the nominations for UNESCO World Heritage status. After breakfast, drive to Hospet; upon arrival, check in at the hotel and sightseeing in the town of Hospet. Hospet is known as "the Steel City of Karnataka." It lies on the banks of the Tungabhadra River. Present-day Hampi was the capital of the Vijayanagara Empire. It has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After breakfast, visit Hampi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the remains of the Royal Palace, the largest complex with two large platform structures and an underground chamber, which apparently served as a treasury or private audience hall. Afterwards, visit the Lotus Mahal. This structure has two levels with open pavilions on the lower level and balconies on the upper level. It represents a fusion of Dravidian and Islamic architectural styles. Visit the Elephant Stables, structures with arched entrances and numerous domes that once housed the royal elephants. The Hazara Rama Temple is a royal temple reserved for ceremonial purposes. The entire temple depicts scenes from the epic "Ramayana."
